Journey in Synapie

There’s a place I travel to that isn’t a city, a region or even a country. It’s not on any map, nor in any history or geography textbook. It’s a place where paradoxes don’t exist, and yet they do. A place where you can be and yet not be. A place where it’s possible to glimpse a syzygy of heart, body and mind.

This place is Synapsie.

Land of asylum, mother of chimeras

As if in a dream, we bathe in Synapsie. The air seems denser and more vaporous, and you can move about in complete peace, without fear of falling. In fact, it seems to me that you don’t really fall, and when you do, it’s without gravity. Synapsie is this island where no one strands, it’s a land of welcome. Anyone wishing to tread these island lands would be able to push back horizons or bring shores closer together. It’s up to us to take the paths of the plains or to climb the mountains; then to climb them to touch the starry vault with our fingers.

As if in a dream, we sail in Synapsie. The theory of everything, as conductor of the orchestra, brings together the fundamental interactions; beliefs no longer clash with science. The world is a painting of knowledge, experience, dreams, memories and fantasies. In this Universe, on the edge of the event horizon, chimeras become flesh and blood. As for the giants, they are never invisible.

The realm of possibilities

Many feelings have animated, and in some cases still animate, the hearts of men in their relations with divinities. Love, of course, but also fear and jealousy. Titans, gods and other celestial entities have monopolized the realm of the possible for far too long.

The discovery of Synapsie has certainly reshuffled the deck. What mortal would still want to go to Olympus when all you have to do is travel to Synapsia.
